I’ve been to Korea National Arboretum. It took 30 min from my hometown. It’s rainy season in Korea and it made all plants looks more green. There are not many shadows, so it is better to go in spring or fall. It is favourable to many couple to date.

The entrance fee is 1,000won (appox, $1).

To visit this Arboretum, you need to make a reservation. It is possible to do it thorugh internet or by phone. the phone number is 031-540-2000. It opens thu-sat.

Right after the entrance, you can see the small streem.

This arboretum has many trail to walk. Also that has explanation about plants as below.

on the west side of arboretum, it has a small lake Yookrimho(육림호)

Many families visited this day even though it rained a little bit.

The arboretum also has many facilities, such as museums, greenhouse, restaurant. It would be perfect to chill out for a day trip in this arboretum.

I’ve been to a Rice Cake Restaurant “Jilsiroo” in Insadong which is famous for Traditonal Street in Korea. This street has a lot of Korea’s traditional items, shops, restaurants. If you want to feel Korean Atmosphere, it is the best place to visit.

Jilsiroo serves Rice cakes, teas, punches, shakes and coffee. The price range of drink is $5 ~ $8 and  piece of rice cake is $1 ~ $3.
